It’s the go-to store for one in three American brides, and now London’s ladies can get in on the David’s Bridal action, with the opening of its first UK store at Westfield Stratford City today.
With affordable lines including exclusive collections by US designers such as Zac Posen and – wait for it – reigning queen of weddings Vera Wang all priced under £1,700, we’re expecting David’s to find more than a few fans this side of the pond.
Beautiful bride-to-be Rebecca Anderson was the first to snap up a frock at the launch today, choosing a stunning £675 gown from the White by Vera Wang range. Having had to plan her wedding in the space of just two weeks due to her mother’s illness, Rebecca was fitted and accessorised and had her dress altered in just one morning – and doesn’t she look amazing?
